Chive toasts

| 3 | ounces | French goat cheese |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ¼ | cup | Minced chives |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried rosemary |
| 1 | Whole-wheat baguette -- cut | |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together cheese and butter. Add chives and rosemary. Mix well. Spread 1 teaspoon on each baguette slice. Bake toasts until cheese is melted (10 minutes). Serve warm.
Makes 24 to 28 toasts.
