Dilled potato bread

3 | cups | Bread Flour |
3 | tablespoons | Wheat Germ |
3 | tablespoons | Powdered Milk |
1½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
1½ | teaspoon | Dill Seed |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1½ | tablespoon | Vegetable Oil |
¾ | cup | Mashed Potatoes |
1 | Egg | |
1 | Egg Yolk | |
1 | cup | Water -- + 2 Tbs |
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. When warm, cut into thick slices. For slices less than ½ inch thick, let cool before cutting.
