|1.00 cup||homemade or prepared mayonnaise|
|1.00 tablespoon||chopped green onions|
|1 \N||juice of 1 lemon|
|1 \N||salt; to taste|
|1 \N||freshly-ground black pepper; to taste|
In a small skillet heat oil over low heat with garlic and chipotle peppers until flavors and aromas are released, about 4 minutes, stirring and tossing often. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool.
Stir in mayonnaise, green onions and lemon juice; season to taste with salt and pepper.
