| 1½ | cup | Mayonnaise (I don't care for the sweet flavor of salad dressing; but if you do, use it!) depending on how 'wet' you like your slaw |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Balsamic vinegar (up to) |
| ¾ | can | Chipotle in adobo sauce (up to) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Buffalo chipotle sauce if you like more heat |
| ½ | Head red cabbage | |
| ½ | Head green cabbage | |
| 1 | large | Onion |

Julienne the cabbage and onion. Pour dressing over cabbage and onion.
Refrigerate. Hope you enjoy.
