Chipotle slaw

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ \N -(up to)
1½ cup Mayonnaise (I don't care for the sweet flavor of salad dressing; but if you do, use it!) depending on how 'wet' you like your slaw
1½ tablespoon Balsamic vinegar (up to)
¾ can Chipotle in adobo sauce (up to)
1 tablespoon Buffalo chipotle sauce if you like more heat
½ \N Head red cabbage
½ \N Head green cabbage
1 large Onion

Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 22:40:33 -0400 DRESSING: In a food processor, combine all dressing ingredients.

Julienne the cabbage and onion. Pour dressing over cabbage and onion.

Refrigerate. Hope you enjoy.
