Chipotle remoulade

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Scallion; sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
| 1 | 1 lemon juice; fresh | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | White vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic; minced |
| 1 | Chipotle pepper; canned | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Adobo sauce from canned chipotle |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all except mayo in food processor and blend until smooth then add ½ cup mayonnaise and process until blended NOTES : This makes 1¼ cups
