Chipotle salsa

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds (about 6) tomatoes, cut in
\N \N Half
1 cup Minced sweet white onion
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice (or more,
\N \N To taste)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 \N Cloves garlic, minced
1 \N Minced chipotle from canned
\N \N Chipotles in adobo (or more,
\N \N To taste)
\N \N Salt and pepper

Char the tomatoes on a grill, under a broiler, or in a cast iron pan.

Put them in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together.

Season with salt and pepper.
