Chili ro*tel style

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 \N Green pepper, chopped
2 cans RO*TEL Dice Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 oz)
1 can Tomato puree (15 oz)
1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 pack Chili seasoning (1 1/4 oz)

Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned. Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
