Chili bean and beef skillet casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1½ cup Sliced celery
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 larges Unpeeled potatoes; cubed
1 medium Onion; thinly sliced, separated into rings
½ cup Water
1 \N (15-oz) Green Giant or Joan of Arc Spicy Chili Beans; undrained
1 can (11-oz) condensed Italian tomato soup

In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
