Chicken-burgers

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Chickenbreast Filets
1 \N Bun, old or piece of bread
1 \N Egg
1 \N Onion
1 \N Garlic Clove
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Majoram
1 teaspoon Chives,chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
4 \N Hamburger Buns
\N \N Lettuceleaves
\N \N Pickles, sliced
\N \N Tomatoes,sliced
\N \N Tartar Sauce
1 teaspoon Bread Crumbs

1.Ground the chicken twice.Soak the bun or bread in water, squeeze out add to the meat. 2.Mix in the egg, seasons and breadcrumbs; form four burgers. 3.In hot fat fry burgers golden brown on both sides.

4.Serve in the buns spread with tartar sauce,lettuce and tomatoes.
