Yield: 4 Servings
|4 mediums||Potatoes, cut into thin|
|1 pounds||Boned and skinned chicken|
|\N \N||Breast halves -- cut in 1\"|
|2 tablespoons||Vegatable oil|
|½ cup||Sliced green onions|
|¼ cup||Teriyaki sauce|
Microwave potatoes 8 -10 minutes until tender. While potatoes are cooking, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and Teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through.
