Chicken salad makeover

| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Diced celery |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon; crushed |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Lowfat mayonnaise; *see note |
| 2 | tablespoons | Yogurt; *see note |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| Thyme sprigs; optional | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce and thyme mix well. Sense chicken salad on lettuce leaves. Garnish with thyrne, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings
