Chicken salad tea sandwiches

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Chopped; cooked chicken |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped green olives |
| 4 | slices | Thin-sliced sandwich bread |
| 4 | teaspoons | Soft butter or margarine |
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, salt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and olives.
Spread each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine, then with 3 tablespoons chicken salad mixture. Trim crusts and cut each slice crosswise into four finger sandwiches. Yield: 16 open-face finger sandwiches.
