Chicken breasts teriyaki

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Soya sauce
¼ cup Sweet white wine
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Crushed ginger root
1 \N Clove garlic
1½ pounds Chicken breasts; skinned, deboned

Mix all and refrigerate at least 1 hr. (I tend to leave it for several hours) Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
