¼ cup | Soya sauce |
¼ cup | Sweet white wine |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | Crushed ginger root |
1 \N | Clove garlic |
1½ pounds | Chicken breasts; skinned, deboned |
Mix all and refrigerate at least 1 hr. (I tend to leave it for several hours) Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
