Chewy exercise bars

| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ⅛ | cup | Butter or margerine |
| ½ | cup | Nonfat plain yogurt |
| ⅓ | cup | Honey |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| Choose one of the following or make up your own flavor (almost any dried fruit and any type of nut can be chopped up and used in these): | ||

| ½ | cup | Pecans |
| ½ | cup | Apples |
| ½ | cup | Walnuts |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Dried apricots |

I don't know how close these are to Kudos, but I like them.
Chop up whatever you decide to flavor your bars with. Mix this with the oats, flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix together the butter, yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir this into the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x12 inch pan and bake at 325 F until the top just turns brown (about 30-40 minutes). Cut when mostly cooled.
Note: These should come out fairly thin.
