| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Quick-cooking oats |
| 1¼ | cup | Crisp rice cereal |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | cup | Raisins; dates, or |
| Chocolate chips (optional) | ||

From: Pam and KerryAnn Cobb <priss@...> Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 16:43:04 -0500 In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add honey, vanilla and egg; mix well. Combine dry ingredients add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, cereal and nuts. Add raisins, dates, or chocolate chips if desired. Press into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
