Ingredients

½cupStick margarine; 70% vegetable oil spread
3cupsFirmly packed brown sugar
2teaspoonsWater
1cupEgg substitute
3cupsAll-purpose flour
teaspoonBaking powder
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsVanilla
1cupChocolate mini-morsels

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed, stirring well after each addition. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Makes 24 squares.
