Chevre crackers

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Unsalted butter; room temp
4 ounces Goat cheese; room temp
2 tablespoons Freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Blend butter and both cheeses in processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Process until just blended using on/off turns. Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with medium star tip (no. 4). Pipe in 2-inch-long strips on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
