Chevre cracked-pepper bread (machine)

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cracked black pepper |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Nonfat dry milk |
| 2¼ | ounce | Goat cheese, with herbs if |
| Desired, cut into quarters | ||
| 1 | cup | Plus 3 T + 2 t water |
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room temperature. Select yeast bread and baking control for medium. Press start. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
