Ingredients

2Eggs
¾cupGranulated sugar
¾cupBrown sugar
¼cupMelted butter
1tablespoonCorn meal
1tablespoonFlour
¼cupMilk
½teaspoonVanilla
½teaspoonVinegar
1(9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Gradually stir in sugars, corn meal and flour.

Mix in the vinegar. Gradually add milk and margarine. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into an unbaked pastry shell and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. A baked pastry shell can be used but be careful to pour in only

2-½ cups batter.
