Measure | Ingredient |

1 tablespoon | Minced dried chipotle chiles |
⅓ cup | Dried cherries; coarsely chopped |
⅓ cup | Cherry jam |
1½ tablespoon | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Chopped cilantro |
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
NOTES : Make this sweet/tart sauce for use on pork and beef roasts, baked potatoes or in a sandwich or wrap with turkey, pork or beef.
