Cherry salsa

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Minced dried chipotle chiles
⅓ cup Dried cherries; coarsely chopped
⅓ cup Cherry jam
1½ tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

NOTES : Make this sweet/tart sauce for use on pork and beef roasts, baked potatoes or in a sandwich or wrap with turkey, pork or beef.
