|⅓ cup||Chopped onion|
|1 tablespoon||Minced dried chipotle chiles|
|⅓ cup||Dried cherries; coarsely chopped|
|⅓ cup||Cherry jam|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped cilantro|
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
NOTES : Make this sweet/tart sauce for use on pork and beef roasts, baked potatoes or in a sandwich or wrap with turkey, pork or beef.
