Measure | Ingredient |

1⅓ cup | Flaked coconut |
1 cup | Sifted flour |
⅔ cup | Fine cracker crumbs; about 14 crackers |
½ cup | Butter; melted |
1 can | (21 oz) Cherry pie filling |
¾ cup | Brown sugar |
\N \N | Whipped cream or Cool Whip |
Combine coconut, flour, brown sugar and cracker crumbs. Stir in butter; mix well. Press half the mixture in bottom of 8x8x2 dish; spread with cherry pie filling. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press gently. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till golden. Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
