Heat oven to 350~. Butter 13x9 inch baking dish; line bottom with bread slices from which the crusts have been removed. Layer mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper; beat until well blended. Pour over cheese bacon mixture in dish.
Bake at 350~ for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
