Shrimp-cheese strata

| 4¼ | ounce | Tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained |
| 1 | Hard-cooked egg, chopped | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Finely chopped green onions (with tops) |

Directions
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt.
Spread about ¼ inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tb.
