1 9\" pie shell
4 larges Tomatoes, peeled, sliced
½ teaspoon Dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Partly bake pie shell at 350 deg f. Into partly baked shell, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. In a small bowl combine mayo and cheese. Spread this mixture over tomato. Bake pie at 350 deg f for 30 minutes. Good when served as a side dish or as a light main course with a garden salad.
