Yield: 1 Servings
|1 \N||Loaf unsliced white bread; cut into 1-inch cubes|
|6 ounces||Cream cheese|
|½ pounds||Sharp cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Dry mustard|
|4 \N||Beaten egg whites|
Melt together cream cheese, margarine, sharp cheese and dry mustard. When cool, fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes into mixture (except bottom).
Place on cookie sheet. Freeze. Then put into plastic bags. When ready to bake, bake frozen at 400 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. These are messy to make but worth it.
