Chcken pasta gratin

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Leftover chicken ( 1 wing and 1 breast are enough)
2 \N Shallots or half an onion; chopped
¼ pounds Mushrooms
½ cup Chicken stock
½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Heavy cream or fresh cream
½ pounds Pasta ( linguini or tagliarini or fetuccini), cooked
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Cayenne (optional)

Shred chicken. Cook shallots and sliced mushrooms in butter until most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in chicken,seasonings and broth. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes. Stir in cream, bring to boil. Turn off heat and add half the cheese. Stir in pasta to cmbine. Place into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Broil 3 to 5 minutes. Bon Apetit.
