Chinese chicken pasta

| ½ | pounds | Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps sliced | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped fresh ginger | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced garlic | 
| 1 | cup | Chicken broth | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | 
| 1½ | teaspoon | Asian sesame oil | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper | 
| 2 | cups | Diced cooked chicken | 
| ¼ | cup | Sliced green onions | 
| 1 | bunch | Spinach (10 oz.), washed and chopped | 
| 1 | pounds | Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions | 
Directions
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper; bring to boil and cook 1 minute. 
Add cooked chicken, green onions and spinach. Toss with hot pasta.
