Charred yellow pepper sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Yellow peppers, grilled, seeded and chopped
⅓ cup Rice wine vinegar
6 \N Roasted cloves garlic
1 pinch Saffron threads (or turmerick)
1 tablespoon Honey
