Cep salad

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves GARLIC
2 \N WALNUTS

CEPS

BUTTER

WALNUT OIL

SALAD LEAVES

Prepare the cep by trimming out all the little visitors, slice thinly.

Slice the garlic thinly and fry together in a little butter over a low heat, taking care not to brown the garlic. Tear the salad leaves into a bowl together with one or two crushed walnuts. Empty in the mushroom and garlic and dress with walnut oil.
