Ingredients

| 1 | can | Shoestring Beets; |
| 1½ | cup | Liquid beet juice;and water |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar;(scant) =OR=- sugar sub to equial 1/4 cup sugar |
| ⅛ | cup | Cider Vinegar; |
| 1 | pack | Lemon Jello;(3 Oz.) (sugar free) |
Directions
Drain beets and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1½ cups liquid.
Put liquid in saucepan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over Lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add beets and mold.
