| 1 | cup | Dark brown sugar |
| 2 | cups | Self rising flour |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | pack | (8 oz) cream cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | Stick melted butter | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | pack | Powdered sugar |
Directions
ICING
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add carrots, flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Fold in nuts. Bake at 30-35 min. in 2 X 9 layers.
ICING: Mix until smooth. Spread on cool cake.
