Caramel spritz

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Sifted flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Softened butter
½ cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla or maple flavoring

Sift together the flour and salt. Cream the butter, gradually adding the brown sugar. Cream thoroughly. Blend in egg and vanilla. Beat well Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

Press dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes
