|1 cup||Butter or margarine|
|2¼ cup||Unsifted all purp.|
|⅓ cup||Unsweetened cocoa|
Cream butter or margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Fill cookie press with dough. Press dough onto cool ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet; cool completely on wire rack. Makes about 4-½ dozen.
