Caper-anchovy sauce

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Anchovy fillets -- finely
\N \N Diced
¼ cup Capers
¼ cup Italian parsley -- chopped
½ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
\N \N Salt and pepper

Mix anchovies, capers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Set aside at least 1 hour before serving.
