Caper-anchovy sauce

| ¼ | cup | Capers |
| ¼ | cup | Italian parsley -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Mix anchovies, capers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Set aside at least 1 hour before serving.
