Caper-anchovy sauce

8Anchovy fillets -- finely
Diced
¼cupCapers
¼cupItalian parsley -- chopped
½cupOlive oil
1tablespoonLemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix anchovies, capers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Set aside at least 1 hour before serving.
