Canned beans^

Measure Ingredient
1⅔ cup Dried beans or peas
1 teaspoon Salt

Place washed sorted legumes with salt in a quart jar. Fill with water to an inch from the top. Stir. Pressure can at 10 lbs. for 90 minutes. If using pint jars, cut the salt in half.
