| ¼ | cup | To 1/2 whipped cream |

Directions
Place pineapple slices on lettuce leaves. In the hollow center, place ½ banana so that it stands upright. Put a spoonful of whipped cream on top and on that a cherry - ripe or preserved. Serve with sweetened mayonnaise.
