Calypso bread

1 pack Red Star active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
¼ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Instant coffee
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ cup Milk (80=F8)
¼ cup Water (80=F8)
2 tablespoons Oil (80=F8)
½ cup Eggs (2) (room temperature)
½ cup Mashed bananas
⅓ cup Chopped walnuts
1½ teaspoon Red Star active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Instant coffee
¼ teaspoon Ginger
¼ cup Milk (80=F8)
¼ cup Water (80=F8)
¼ cup Eggs (1) (room temperature)
⅓ cup Mashed bananas
¼ cup Chopped walnuts



Place ingredients into pan in the order suggested by the machine's manual.

Use the 'sweet bread' or regular bread cycle.
