Pina colada bread

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Coconut extract
¼ Stick unsalted butter --
Softened
¾ cup Coconut milk
2 tablespoons Coconut milk (if needed)
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ascorbic acid
2½ cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
1 cup Coconut, flaked &
Unsweetened
½ cup Dried pineapple -- chopped

Place all ingredients except coconut and pineapple in the machine.

Program for sweet or raisin bread. Add the coconut and pineapple when the Hitachi timer reads 3:44.
