Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Cleaned Squid |
1 medium | Onion slice thin |
¼ cup | Lemon Juice |
½ teaspoon | Basil |
½ teaspoon | Rosemary |

1 tablespoon | Lemon Peel shredded |
¼ cup | Olive Oil |
2 eaches | Clove Garlic Crushed |
½ teaspoon | Oregano |
½ pounds | Mushrooms, sliced thin |
Cook squid with lemon peel and onion 5 minutes. Drain and chill.
