Calamari salad

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Cleaned Squid
1 medium Onion slice thin
¼ cup Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Rosemary
\N \N Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Lemon Peel shredded
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 eaches Clove Garlic Crushed
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ pounds Mushrooms, sliced thin

Cook squid with lemon peel and onion 5 minutes. Drain and chill.
