| Boiling salted water | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
| Salt & pepper | ||
| 1 | dash | Sugar |
Directions
Clean squid. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Cut into squares; set aside. Melt butter in skillet; stir in flour.
Combine sour cream & water; gradually add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth & thickened. Add squid, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar; heat to serve piping hot.
