Butternut apple casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Butternut squash -- peeled
\N \N Seeded,chunkd
3 \N Apples -- cored,peeled,
\N \N Sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon -- ground
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
½ cup Apple juice

Preheat Oven to 350 DegreesF. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Place squash-apple mixture in a one quart casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mixture, and cover casserole. Bake for one hour, or until squash is fork tender.
