Butternut squash casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Squash, butternut; cooked, and mashed |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter (or marg.); melted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coconut, flaked |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger, ground |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coconut flavoring |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well; pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
