Butternut squash casserole

Ingredients

2cupsSquash, butternut; cooked, and mashed
3Eggs; beaten
1cupSugar
½cupMilk
cupButter (or marg.); melted
2tablespoonsCoconut, flaked
½teaspoonGinger, ground
½teaspoonCoconut flavoring

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well; pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
