Buttermilk blue cheese bread

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅞ cup Water
3 tablespoons Saco Buttermilk Powder
2 cups Bread Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled
1 tablespoon Butter/Margarine
¼ cup Parsley, Chopped
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Mix in according to breadmaker directions. Makes a l lb. loaf.
