Butterfish with lemongrass

| 2 | pounds | Butterfish or other fillets |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Thin sliced fresh lemongrass |
| 1 | Fresh Jalapeno, chopped | |
| 1 | pinch | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan on med. Add fish and then other ingred. Simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
