Butterfish with lemongrass

1tablespoonThin sliced fresh lemongrass
1Fresh Jalapeno, chopped
1pinchSugar
½cupWater

Directions

Heat oil in frying pan on med. Add fish and then other ingred. Simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
