Lemongrass tangerine tuna

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chicken broth; low-fat low-sodium
2 tablespoons Lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
¼ cup Tangerine juice; or substitute orange juice
1 tablespoon Minced fresh lemongrass
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1½ pounds Fresh tuna steaks

Combine the broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a shallow pan.

Add the tuna and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Broil or grill the tuna on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
