| ½ | Stalk lemongrass | |
| ¼ | can | Coconut milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fish sauce |

Directions
Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add the coconut milk and chilli. Serve.
