Monkfish with lemon butter

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Water
1 pounds Fresh monkfish fillets
½ cup Melted butter (1 stick)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley

In frypan bring water to boil; add monkfish. Cover & simmer 6-8 minutes. Carefully remove fish from water. In small bowl blend butter, lemon juice & parsley. Serve immediately with Lemon Butter.
