Rainbow popcorn balls

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Light corn syrup
½ cup Sugar
1 pack (3-oz) fruit-flavored gelatin
½ pounds Salted peanuts; coarsely ground
9 cups Popped corn

Combine syrup and sugar and bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Add peanuts and pour over popcorn, mixing well.

Shape into balls. Yield: about 4 dozen (1-½ inch) balls.
