Yield: 24 Servings
|1 cup||Light corn syrup|
|1 pack||(3-oz) fruit-flavored gelatin|
|½ pounds||Salted peanuts; coarsely ground|
|9 cups||Popped corn|
Combine syrup and sugar and bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Add peanuts and pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Shape into balls. Yield: about 4 dozen (1-½ inch) balls.
