Brussels sprouts piquant

6⅔ounceFrozen brussels sprouts
tablespoonFlour
cupTomato juice
teaspoonSugar
1xSalt
1/16teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsShredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Slice onion, saute in oil, remove and put in casserole dish with brussels sprouts. To onion drippings, add flour, mix well, add tomato juice, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.
