Brown sugar pudding

2 cups Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 cups Water
\N \N Butter (size of 2 eggs)
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Raisins
1 cup (heaping) flour
\N \N Butter (size of walnut)
½ cup Milk
2 larges Tsps. baking powder
